Session 1. Welcoming
families & providing information to families about the service (Blue Tiles)
This includes:

environment for all family members

Orientation of families to make information about the operation of
the service available to families

Provide information about
the service in the main languages used
in the community

Demonstrate an understanding
of each child & their family & community context

Session 2 Provide
families with opportunities to be involved in the service (Pink tiles)

opportunities for families to contribute to the operation of the service in an
advisory consultative and decision-making role
